本文提出多數決策者與多目標投資決策問題中,同優方案共識性排序之方法,此一方法結合Warfield之ISM法與Cook-Seiford法。每一決策者對一組同優方案之偏好關係,根據ISM法分析所獲得之有向圖形,以序數排序加以表示。然後,將所有決策者之偏好以Cook-Seiford法加以整合;Cook-Seiford法具有許多優點,諸如排序具緊緻性、距離函數之公理特性、以及允許同名之排序等,使得共議性排序易於求取。為驗證本文所提出方法之有效性,乃以電源開發投資問題為例,進行個案分析。
This paper proposes a technique of consensus ranking of non-dominated alternatives in multiple decision-makers and multiobjective investment decision problems. This technique combines the Warfield's ISM (Interpretive Structural Modeling) method with Cook-Seiford's method. Each decisionmaker's preference relations for a set of nondominated alternatives are expressed in an ordinal ranking based on the result, directed graph, of the ISM analysis. Then, all edcision-makers preferences are aggregated through Cook-Seiford method, which provide advantages such as compact representation of rankings, axiomatic characteristics of unique distance function, and ranking may be in ties, so that the consensus ranking can be solved quite easily. To show the effectiveness of the technique in this paper, a case study of power development investment problem is included.
