住院患者跌倒事件，在醫院的意外事件統計中發生比率最高，研究者無法預防所有 的跌倒事件發生，但藉著對護理診斷－潛在性損傷的認知，及意外跌倒事件之發生因素分析， 筆者應可整理出一套可行的預防措施，以確保住院患者在住院期間免受其他的傷害。

　　　　　Patient falls have been the main reported incidents in the hospital. We may not have been able to prevent the incidents, but through understanding the risk factors which were mentioned in the Nursing Diagnosis-Injury, "Potential incidents of falls", we may find out some nursing interventions to reduce them.
