咖啡因可增強耐力運動表,然其受訓練程度、賽前飲食、習慣性、攝取時間、運動形式、 運動強度、劑量等因子所影響,目前研究呈分歧的看法,其運用於正式之競技運動中,側須從事個案研究,簡言之:在不違奧林匹克委員會有關尿中咖啡因濃度12ug/ml規定的前提下,考慮各國影響因子,如此才能達到較佳之增強效果。
