　　　　　本研究的目的在建立一個涵蓋性大的研究模式來探討資訊品質、資訊資源管理功能及影響資訊資源管理功能建立的因素之間的關聯性。經由對43家企業的調查，本研究發現，企業的規模、產業別及對資訊的主觀認知會影響資訊資源管理功能的建立，同時也証實了資訊資源管理功。

　　　　　The purpose of this study is to build a comprehensive model to investigate the rela-tion ships among information quality, information resource management (IRM) function and so me organizational factors. Forty three enterprises are surveyed. The results indicate that the scale of the enterprise, industry and perceived importance of information have impact on the structure of IRM function also the significant correlation between structure of IRM function and information quality have been confirmed.
