題名:肌肉向心收縮與離心收縮之探討

本文主要在探討肌肉向心收縮與離心收縮的特性差異,歸納如下:(一)離心收縮有較高的力學效益;(二)離心訓練較能改善肌力,惟較易引起延遲性肌肉酸痛;(三)離心收縮產熱高於向心收縮;(四)向心收縮有較高的肌電圖(EMG)活性;(五)在疲勞曲線的差異方面,目前尚無定論;(六)在向心收縮的力矩--速度曲線方面,不管上肢和下肢,力量均隨速度的增加而減少。在離心收縮的力矩--速度曲線方面,上肢的力量隨速度的增加而增加,但下肢力量則隨速度的增加而增加、減少、或不變(亦即尚無定論)。
