本文從臺灣地區的賭博風氣「大家樂」開始談起，然後追究金錢價值的名與實。本文以管子等思想展開推論，亦融合當代的貨幣理論，最後輻合至老莊及新儒學思想的陰陽兩儀論。本文附帶發現，由於臺灣地區上市股票信用交易的新增融資遠多於融券，故股價恐怕是偏高而不合理。政府應多注意，並謀求改善。

The author discusses from the gambling of "Dah-Jia-Leh" in Taiwan Area, then enguires into the surface and reality of money value. Inferring from the thoughts of Kuantzu (管子) and some other philosophers, he interfuses them with modern monetary theories, and then finally converges all of them to the Yin-Yang Thought of Laotzu (老子), Zhuangtzu (莊子), and Neo-Confucian. It is also found that, since there are more purchase on margin than the short sale on the margin stock transactions of listed companies in Taiwan, the stock prices are doomed to be irrationally high. The government should pay attention to the above mentioned facts and take actions to bring them to a more reasonable level.
