回饋理論在運動技能學習上的重要性早已被肯定,但是有關外在回饋,尤其是教師回饋的重要性有被過分強調其效益的現象。事實上,外在回饋的效益有其特定的貢獻與限制。本文旨在探討外在回饋對運動技能學習的影響,用以提昇回饋理論在體育教學與運動訓練指導上的應用。
