     由於病患有知的權利,護理指導及諮詢為護理重要業務之一,某醫學中心某病房於81年10月成立為心臟專科病房,特弊定心臟科住院病患護理指導標準,分為團體及個別出院指導,內容包括自我測量脈博及記錄指導,運動原則指導,性牾姓指導,認識主要藥物之作用、顏色、形狀及飲食指導。於82年2月成立護理指導小組,除護理人員外,並邀請藥師、營養師加入。實施團體皮個別出院指導,經由品質監測不斷改進的結果,成效良好,頗獲醫師、病患及家屬之肯定與回饋。已在82年12月進行成本分,向院方爭取收衲碼於83年3月開始收費,每次150元。此項成果使護理人員工作成就感提高、士氣高昂,故特分享此經驗與護理人員共勉。
     Patients have the right to know while Nurses have the responsibility to provide patient care. These two principles have been established in the cardiac unit as the guidelines for patient education since 1992. This education program utilizes two approaches: group education and individual education. The education team was established in February of 1993. This team is composed of nurses, pharmacists and nutritionist. The program provides home care education for cardiac patients. The content includes vital signs of self-monitoring, exercise, sexuality, medicine and nutrition. The program had become a routine part of rehabilitation for cardiac patients prior to discharge. One year after implementation, evaluation feedback to doctors from patients and their families was positive. The cost analysis conducted in December 1993: 150 education fee, the legal limit, was charged to the system for each participant. The program encourages nurse job satisfaction.
