書目情報是目錄學理論和實踐的起點。本文認為書目情報理論有兩個來源：關於書
目交流的思想與書目控制概念相關，其實質是書目情報的交流；以科爾舒諾夫為代表建立的
書目情報理論系統表述了書目報的概念、功能以及與書目情報的新概念，并強調以書目情報
工作為目錄學研究對象，開拓目錄學研究領域。

　　　　　Bibliographical information may be seen starting point of the theory and practice of
bibliography. The paper presents two sources of bibliographical information theory: relted to the
concept of bibliograplie control, bibliographic communication is essentially communication of
bibliographical information; the bilbliogrophical information theory, presented by Korshunor,
systematically demonstrates the concept and functions of bibliographical information, and its
relation to bibliographies. Based on these studies, the author explores, the new concept, and
emphasizes opening up study fields of bibliography through taking bibliographic information work
as the object of bibliography.
