圖書館員需要正確的工作倫理，而這些倫理觀念的建立，如果在圖書館學校的課 程中有所有排，應該最為有效。但是，圖書館學校恐性不是單靠一門倫理課程就可以奏效 ，必須是所有課程共同完成。

　　　　　Librarians should have correct work ethics. It is effective for library schools to arrange this subject as a course in order to establish this idea of work ethics. But it does not work thoroughly if it only depends on this course. Work ethics has to combine all the other courses to accomplish.
