　　　　　Price unstability of chicken egg in Taiwan is concerned by egg foumers, marketers, and consumers. Hence, egg farmers hope to set up a buffer fund scheme to stablize the price fluctuations. The purpose of this paper is to estimate the price band with this scheme. Data were the secondary one from the various published data books. The econometric model, based on the supply and demand of egg industry, was estimated by three stages least squares (3SLS). Price band referred to the results of econometric model is from NT 20 dollars to NT 30 dollars per kg.
