本篇論文重點在於提出一個新式國音鍵盤的設計，它具有三個主要特性：（ 1 ） 容易記住國音符號的鍵盤位置，（ 2 ）以二十六個鍵對應四十二個國音符號，（ 3 ）對於 錯誤國音符號的連結配合人工智慧法則加以修正。此修正功能對於敲錯相鄰鍵（例如ㄛㄜ 和ㄝㄟ）或是容易混淆國音符號（例如ㄐㄑ、ㄓㄔ、ㄗㄘ和一ㄩ）給予最佳的修改。

　　　　　This paper proposes a newly keystroke layout for Mandarin phonemes that has three primary characteristics: first, easy memorizing the position of phoneme next, with 26 keyes to map 42 Mandarin phonemes, finally, making a possible correction on the phoneme input sequence by revisability. The revisability is an innovative concept to correct a mistake either from incorrectly typing the keystroke or from misunderstanding of the phoneme as well as possible.
