有主旨在闡明導向管理與生產道向管理等兩種理念之差異,並舉例說明如何以消費者與使用者之需求做為決策指標,去開發或設計一個符合消費者與使用者需求之體育運動產品(product)或服務項目(services),以增加投資效益;同時,對於國內傳統的體育教育之不當管理理念提出一番省思。
