　　　　　參考服務使用研究是參考服務評鑑的一環，在圖書館對使用者實施調查，可用來瞭解其需求範圍及評量圖書館的服務效益。本研究係以問卷調查法為主，調查政大師生對圖書館參考服務的認知、使用或不使用的原因，使用情形以及滿意程度、建議等。 調查研究結果發現，政大師生對參考服務項目認知程度相當高，在使用上，以教授指定參考書和館際合作兩項較低，館際合作甚至不到四分之一的人曾使用。師生在希望館員協助的意願上，仍限於利用指導與協助找資料兩方面，不太相信館員有能力能做進一步專業性書目指導，作者並針對研究結果，提出幾項建議改進參考服務。
　　　　　The reference service utilization study is a part of the reference service evaluation for the purpose of understanding the scope of demands and evaluating the library service efficiency through a survey of the library users. This paper aims to study by means of questionnaires the knowledge of the library reference service on the part of the faculty and students of the National Chengchi University, reasons for their utilization or disuse, the state-of-art of their utilization, their sense of satisfaction and workable suggestions.
