The main purpose of this study was to investigate the levels of satisfaction in the attentions directed by care - givers for those patients who had the operation of total hip replacement poster when discharged. The subjects were composed of the patients (with total hip replacement poster) in some southern quasi - medical center. A total of 52 questionnaires were distributed and it had 52 valid questionnaires with 100% return rate. The study results showed: the patients with total hip replacement poster had high realization and satisfaction in sanitary education of discharging. Sex and religion were the main factors effected the levels of realization; but there was no significant difference in education, marriage, vocation and the source of medical treatment fee. Also the factors above made no significant difference in the dimension of satisfaction, More than that, the dimension of realization and satisfaction to those patients with total hip replacement poster has no relationship with age, the days of surgery and admission. Most of the people who direct those patients with total hip replacement poster the attentions of discharge are nurses mainly, physical therapist secondly, and doctors, the less.
