本文著眼中國文獻著錄標準化的發展歷程，分析了中國文獻著錄國家標準體系孕育
於本國文獻工作的振興與編目業務的社會化，產生於國家對文獻工作標準化的極度重視與全
國文獻工作機構的共同努力，逐步完善於文獻編目標準化的深化與提高；指出〔中國文獻編
目規則〕的制訂標誌著中國文獻著錄國家標準體系正在朝著建立嶄新的中國文獻編目國家標
準體系發展。

The article focuses on the course of standardization on bibliographic description of China,
the author concludes that the system on standard bibliographic description of China came into being
with the vitalization of bibliographic services and the widespread developing of cataloguing
prefession in China, and grows prosperously under the government great attention to the
standardizing document services and the co-efforts from document service organizations in all parts
of the country. It is being perfected with the deepening and improving of the standardization on
bibliographic cataloguing. The article points out that the formulation of China Bibliographic
Cataloguing Rules marks the developing tendency of the national system on standard bibliographic
description towards the founding of a new national system on standard bibliographic cataloguing
fields.
