本研究乃引伸Cooper & Zmud所提出的推論「在實施資訊科技初期時，受理性因素的影響較大；在實施後期時，則受社會學習和政治行為所影響」，並以實際資料驗證之。本研究的資訊以MRP系統為例，以驗證在不同的資訊科技擴散階段中，其影響因素是否不同。本研究將擴散階段分為引進期、擴張期與成熟期三個階段，並進行「理性因素對引進期會有較高影響，人為因素對成熟期則會有較高影響」的假設檢定，結果發現與本研究的推論及假設相當一致，且支持Cooper & Zmud的研究結論與推論。

　　　　　 This research tries to prove Cooper & Zmud's inference "Through rational decision models may be useful in explaining information technology diffusion, political and learning models may be more useful when examining infusion. "This research will take the MRP system as an example of information technology, and prove that the influence factors are different in the different diffusion stages of information technology. In this research, the diffusion stages include the adoption stage, expansion stage, and mature stage. Our research will test the hypothesis:" The rational factors have stronger influence at the adoption stage; and the human factors(social learning and political behavior)have stronger influence on the infusion stage". The finding of our empirical study supports the viewpoint of Cooper & Zmud.
