Hospital is a public place in which we should provide the environmental safety for the patients, family and medical personnel. There are so many materials, such as electric equipment, potentially to catch fire in the hospital. For prevention of the fire in the hospital, it is very important to execute a good fire-prevention management and to educate the medical personnel how to handle this disaster. Further on, as old sayings said “prevetion is more important than treatment”, it can not be overemphasized the importance of automatic routine check-up system for environmental safety in the ward. The aims of this project are to: 1)strengthen the awareness of the nursing staff for the automatic routine check-up system; 2)increase the willingness of nursing staff to join the training for the automatic routine check-up system; 3)augment the willingness of nursing staff to carry out the automatic routine check-up system; 4)raise the accuracy of performing the automatic routine check-up system in every ward; 5)propose a operating standard for the automatic routine check-up system. The results of this project are: 1)strengthen the awareness of the numsing staff for the automatic routine check-up system to 15% more; 2)increase the willingness of nursing staff to join the training for the automatic routine check-up system to 10% more; 3)augment the willingness of nursing staff to carry out the automatic routine check-up system to 10% more; 4)raise the accuracy of performing the automatic routine check-up system in every ward 10% more. Through this project, it has accomplished outstanding effects on awareness, altitude and technique of the nursing personnel for the automatic routine check-up system. Based on this, the superintendent has already decided to extend this automatic routine check-up system standard to all of the other departments of our hospital in order to provide a safety environment for the patients, family and the medical personnel.
