     顯微紅外線光譜儀( Micro╱ FTIR) 係結合一般光學顯微鏡與紅外線光譜儀為 一體, 藉由顯微鏡之放大功能觀測細微檢體,可選擇特定區域並調整紅外線掃描光圈測定 紅外線光譜, 極適合微細物證之分析。汽車肇事現場中微量汽車油漆之鑑定是目前亟待開 發之分析技術, 本研究嘗試利用 Micro╱ FTIR 進行白色汽車油漆之分析,一方面擬定較 佳之前處理及鑑析條件,另一方面以實際樣品檢測其鑑別能力, 並探討自動查詢系統之比 對方法,俾利作本土化之應用。
