　　　　　本文主要探討運動動機氣候對運動參與者的影響。經由筆者綜合有關文獻發現： 熟練取向氣候可增進參與者的適應行為，而競爭取向氣候則造成相反效果，此結果值得體育 教師及運動指導者特別注意。
