本研究主要目的是透過運動生物力學的分析，探討國內女子三級跳遠選手與世界 級選手在起跳動作之間差異，提供教練、選手訓練的參考，提昇選手技術水準。

　　　　　The main purpose of this study is to investigate the present condition of women's triple jump in Taiwan. On the basis of the kinematic analysis of biomechanics, this study offers the differences between Taiwain,s athletes and the top athletes in the world. This study tries to promote the standard and the serve as reference for the coaches and athletes in the training of women's triple jump in Taiwan.
