     本研究先由全離子質譜掃描之資料初步選定強度較高之離子作為定性及定量離子,再以選擇離子偵測所獲之質譜資料評估所選擇分析物及氘標記分析物之離子的交錯貢獻現象,以了解所選擇離子之適切性。在定量方面,選擇該分析物與其含氘同位素在質譜上基峰強度之比值計算,偵測極限與定量極限約介於19-27 ng/mL之間。在計算分析物濃度時,比較利用單點刻標及線性回歸之計算方式,在單點刻標中, 選擇 0.5 μ g/mL 為單點刻標之校正濃度, 而線性回歸之檢量線範圍介於 0.1 μg/mL至50.0 μg/mL之間,其線性相關係數在安非他命及甲基安非他命均在 0.999 以上,且其變異係數對於 0.5 μ g/mL 之安非他命及甲基安非他命做三次重複分析分別約為 1.2% 及 1.0%。而二者計算濃度之差異,僅分析物濃度接近該刻標濃度才會有較小之偏差,一般而言,線性回歸計算求得之濃度,其偏差均較小。
