　　　　　由管理思潮觀之，人力資源管理在未來必成為一企業競爭優勢的核心，但由於「人力資源」在衡量評價方法及相關理論上之瓶頸，至今尚未完全突破，使至今有關人力資源會計原則尚無定論，更遑論真正實行於企業界。故本研究期能提供企業界及相關研究機構在制定人力資源會計原則及應用時之參考。本文共分五部分，說明如下：第一部分：緒論，說明本研究之背景及動機、目的、研究方法等問題；第二部分：文獻探討，首先對人力資源會計相關概念及定義加以介紹，繼而對人力資源會計之發展階段及相關研究加以介紹。第三部分：介紹改良式衡量模式及討論該模式的應用及特質。第四部分：統計結果，其內容包括統計假設及研究發現。第五部分：結論與建議，乃將本研究之發現加以彙總，並提出建議。
