     由管理思潮觀之,人力資源管理在未來必成為一企業競爭優勢的核心,但由於「人 力資源」在衡量評價方法及相關理論上之瓶頸,至今尚未完全突破,使至今有關人力資源會 計原則尚無定論,更遑論真正實行於企業界。故本研究期能提供企業界及相關研究機構在制 定人力資源會計原則及應用時之參考。 本文共分五部分,說明如下: 第一部分:緒論,說明本研究之背景及動機、目的、研究方法等問題; 第二部分:文獻探討,首先對人力資源會計相關概念及定義加以介紹,繼而對人力資源 會計之發展階段及相關研究加以介紹。 第三部分:介紹改良式衡量模式及討論該模式的應用及特質。 第四部分:統計結果,其內容包括統計假設及研究發現。 第五部分:結論與建議,乃將本研究之發現加以彙總,並提出建議。
