     鑒於傳統上以酸鹼或酵素消化、萃取頭髮中之待析物需要花費冗長的時間,步驟 亦繁雜,本研究乃試圖發展一種快速、方便、可行的前處理及儀器分析方法。以微波消化萃 取配合快速原子撞擊同位素稀釋質譜法分析頭髮中之安非他命及甲基安非他命具有樣品製備 容易、分析快速、再現性佳、靈敏度好、適合於分析不易揮發、遇熱不穩定、高極性化合物 等優點。   本法之方法偵測極限對安非他命為0.006ppm,對甲基安非他命為0.009ppm。檢量線的線 性範圍在0.01ppm至10.0ppm之間,線性相關係數對安非他命為0.997,對甲基安非他命為 0.998。樣品在各種濃度不同時間的七次重複分析中,其變異係數均在10%以下,在真實樣品 的分析方面,先以快速原子撞擊--磁場(電場聯結掃描法進行定性掃描,若含有待析物之離 子譜峰時(即呈陽性反應),再以快速原子撞 擊--選擇離子偵測法做定量分析,並與傳統 之固相萃取--氣相層析╱質譜法做一比較。
