Multilevel Marketing is one of the most important marketing approaches in Taiwan. Today a lot of famous big companies also try to corporate with Multilevel distribution companies to sell their product. Here we discuss the "Pyramid promotional scheme", "Multilevel Marketing" and other laws about such econmoics activity from a case study. In the case study we can find some unfair or deceptive acts or practices in the process of such marketing approach, for example, deceptive product advertisements and so on, in the latter we also provide some suggestions to rule it. Fundamentally a lot of countries think that "Pyramid promotional scheme" means any plan or operation by which participant gives consideration for the opportunity to receive compensation which is derived primarily from any person introduction of other persons into participation in the plan or operation. However, in Taiwan some opinions of Fair trade commission seem to have some conflicts to executive Fair trading law. In addition to the above, because many companies sell "health food", cosmetic, we also discuss Multilevel Marketing activity from the viewpoints of Consumer protection Act, Law of Pharmaceutical Affairs, Law for the control of food sanitation and Law for the sanitary control of cosmetics.
