　　　　　在北美護理診斷學會多年的努力下，雖然護理診斷的發展已具雛形，但礙於護理 診斷本身在發展上的缺失，以及教育的未能落實，以致在臨床上仍無法廣泛的推廣。為建構 護理診斷與護理實務間之橋樑，本文將就護理診斷信效度之確立、鑑別診斷能力的培養、護 理處置之發展、以及護理教育的落實等可行方案一一提出討論，以增進護理診斷在臨床應用 之可行性。
