     本研究旨在探討有氧運動時間對血清脂蛋白的影響。24隻健康的雄性大白鼠 (Wista),體重288.54±25.25克為受試對象。受試對象隨機區分三組:控制組、運動I組及 運動II組,在跑步機上以70%VO□max(18m/min,坡度10°)的強度,運動I組跑步30分、 運動II組跑步1小時。運動後24小時取血清分析膽固醇、三酸甘油酯、高密度脂蛋白及低 密度脂蛋白。 結果獲得下列結論: 一、運動II組的高密度脂蛋白顯著較控制組及運動I組高(p<0.05)。 二、運動II組的低密度脂蛋白與高密度脂蛋白比值顯著較控制組及運動I組低 (p<0.01)。 三、控制組、運動I組及運動II組的膽固醇、三酸甘油酯及低密度脂蛋白無顯著差異。 本研究結果指出,在70%VO□max的運動強度,運動時間是脂蛋白改變的因素一。
     The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the length of time of aerobic exercise on serum lipoproteins. Twenty-four male rats (Wista) with an average weight of 288.54g (± 25.25g) were the subjects. Subjects were randomly assigned to three groups: control group (C), exercise group I (E I), and exercise group II (E II). Group E I and group E II were exercised for 30 minutes and 60 minutes at 7000 VO□max (18m/min, 10°) on a treadmill. The blood samples were measured for cholesterol, triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C), and low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C) after 24 hours post-exercise. The following findings resulted from the study: The HDL-C of group E II was significantly higher (p>0.05) than the HDL-C of the control group and group E I. The LDL-C/HDL-C ratio of group E II was significantly lower (p>0.05) than the LDL-C/HDL-C ratio of the control group and group E I. The cholesterol, TG, and LDL-C were not significantly different among the control group, group E I , and group E II. The results also indicated that the length of time of exercise was on of the factors which changed the lipoproteins at an exercise intensity of 70% VO□max.
