Stevens-Johnson Syndrome與Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis是二種很相似的皮膚 疾病，前者常因感染、自發性及藥物使用而引發皮膚出疹，伴隨有上皮脫落、發燒、白血球 增多等現象；TEN則為藥物使用造成急性廣泛性上皮脫落伴隨黏膜受損，住院期間主要護理問 題為疼痛、高危險性感染、體液電解質不平衡、呼吸系統、腸胃系統及腎臟系統等功能障礙， 護理人員應對此疾病應有進一步的瞭解，以期能給予病患高品質的護理照護。

　　　　　Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (SJS) and Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis (TEN) are very similar skin diseases. SJS is a skin disease that appears in the form of rashes because of infection, spontaneity, and medicine use. Also, it has the symptoms of epidermis exfoliation with mucous membrane damage caused by reactions to medicine use. The major problems associated with TEN are pain, high risk of infection, unbalance of electrolysis, and malfunction of respiratory, gastric, intestine and kidney systems. The nursing staff should have further understanding of these diseases in order to offer patients high quality nursing care.
