　　　　　本文從通訊原理探討高速公路路況即時資訊系統行動通訊容量需求的分析模式，並根據傳輸資料內容、資訊更新率需求、以及通訊系統架構等系統特性，計算模式相關參數值。最後藉由效能分析和資料傳輸延滯分析，判斷行動通訊系統的有效容量。本項分析的結果可以做為運輸資訊品質維護規劃的依據，也可以提供電信主管機關做為核配無線電頻道的參考。

　　　　　This paper discusses the analytical model of mobile communication requirements of the superhighway real-time information system. We obtain the parameters through the characteristic analysis for both the transportation system and telecommunication system. The judgement of available radio channel capacities is based on the performance-delay comparison approach. The result of this study can be applied to the maintenance of information quality and the assignment of radio frequency.
