Due to the rapid change of the international market, the industry promotion. computerized information system, automation and highly production capability are adopted to stabilize the growth of economy in Taiwan. The objective of this study is to survey the demands of manpower from industies point of views. The objects of this discussion are who graduated from the Industrial Engineering and Management in vocational education system. To avoid the waste of education resources, to offer the suitable graduated students join the production will be able to break through the bottle-neck in the industry promoting process.
