     中鏈脂肪 MCT 含有 8-10 個碳原子,在日常生活中,其主要的來源為椰子油 ( coconut oil )、核油( kernel oil )。 MCT 在運動中的使用相當少見,一般都是運 用在脂肪吸收不良的病人身上, 因為 MCT 不像一般脂肪,它具有快速氧化及被吸收的特性 。本篇主要的目的是針對 MCT 的特性,探討 MCT 在耐力運動的能量代謝及增加運動表現。
     Medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) compose of 8-10 carbon. Commonly, the major source is coconut oil or kernel oil. Papers about MCT uses in exercise are few. MCT have been always used on the fat absorbing disorder patient, because of its quality of rapid oxidation and easy absorption. The purpose of this paper is to discuss MCT on the energy metabolism and exercise performance in endurance exercise.
