題名:技擊運動員的體脂肪及身體質量指數之研究

     本研究旨在(一)測量跆拳道、劍道、柔道和拳擊運動員的體脂肪,並據以比較 其間差異; (二)計算跆拳道、劍道、柔道和拳擊運動員的身體質量指數( BMI ),並據 以比較其間差異;(三)求證身體質量指數和體脂肪的相關,並探討以身體質量指數判斷肥 胖的適用性。 選取國立臺灣體育專科學校 82 年度跆拳道( N=15,平均年齡 20.20 ± 1.86 歲)、劍道 ( N=11,平均年齡 20.00 ± 3.03 歲)、柔道( N=26,平均年齡 20.69 ± 2.51 歲)和 拳擊( N=13,平均年齡 19.31 ± 1.97 歲)等專長的男生共 65 名為受試者,施予上臂肱 三頭肌和肩胛骨下方兩處皮脂厚的測量, 代入體脂肪等於 0.43 (肱三頭肌, 毫米)+ 0.58 (肩胛下,毫米)+ 1.47 的公式中,據以推算其體脂肪百分比。 同時,以彼等之身 高和體重的數據計算其身體質量指數( BMI )。 各變項在四組間的差異一律以變異數分析( ANOVA ),若達顯著水準( p<0.05 ), 則進 行事後比較。各變項間的相關性係以皮爾遜積差相關法統計其相關係數。將各項結果予以分 析討論後,於本研究範圍內可以得到如下結論: (一)體脂肪量, 跆拳道運動員平均為 13.32 ± 3.46 %, 劍道運動員平均為 13.59 ± 3.95 %, 柔道運動員平均為 14.09 ± 5.65 %,拳擊運動員平均為 12.30 ± 2.66 %。 其間並無明顯差異( F=0.4721,P=0.7029>0.05 )。 (二)身體質量指數( BMI ),跆拳道運動員平均為 22.18 ± 1.60 公斤╱公尺�插A劍道 運動員平均為 23.32 ± 1.49 公斤╱公尺�插A柔道運動員平均為 25.32 ± 3.80 公斤╱公 尺�插A 拳擊運動員平均為 22.32 ± 2.02 公斤╱公尺�插A 其間具有明顯差異( f=5.5721,P=0.0019<0.05 ),但是,事後比較發現各組間並無差異存在。 (三)身體質量指數和體脂肪間具有明顯的正相關( p<0.01 )。 若能設法降低 BMI 的肥 胖認定標準,並結合皮脂厚測量法來推算體脂肪,當可更正確的評估出個人的肥胖性。
     The purpose of this study was to (1) estimate percentage of body fat of taekwendo, kendo, judo and boxing male athletes by skinfold method, and compare the differences among them; (2) measure body mass index (BMI) of taekwendo, kendo, judo and boxing male athletes, and compare the differences among them; (3) examine the relationship between percentage of body fat and BMI, and the accuracy of using BMI as a measure of body fat. 65 subjects (mean age 20.20 ± 1.86 years old) including taekwendo(n=15), kendo(n=11),judo(n=26) and boxing(n=13) athletes received triceps and subscapula skinfold measurement to estimate percentage of body fat by using the equation of 0.43 (triceps,mm) + 0.58(subscapula,mm)+1.47,while their height and weight data were used to calculate BMI. The results were as follows: (1)Mean percentage of body fat of the athletes was: taekwendo, 13. 32 ± 3.46%; kendo, 13.59 ± 3.95%; judo, 14.09 ± 5.65%; boxing 12.30 ± 2.66%. The differences among them were not significant(p>0.05). (2)Mean BMI of the athletes was: taekwendo, 22.18 ± 1.60kg/m ��; kendo, 23.32 ± 1.49kg/m ��; judo, 25.32 ± 3.80kg/m �� boxing, 22.32 ± 2.02kg/m ��. The differences among them were not significant(p>0.05). (3)BMI correlated significantly(p<0.01) with percentage of body fat estimated by skinfold method. But it would be more accurate to combine the two methods while measuring body fat of every individual.
