     本研究旨在探討補充一週的當歸、鹿角龜版膠混合液( ACC )對大鼠的耐力表現 及血液的血紅素( HB;hemoglobin )、 血糖( GLU;glucose )、 三酸甘油酯( TG;triglyceride )、肌酸激�t( CK;creatine kinase )、尿素水解�t( UREA;creatine kinase )、 尿素氮( BUN;blood urea nitrogen )、 血清麩氨酸丙酮酸轉胺�t( SGPT;serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase )和血清麩氨酸草醯乙酸轉胺�t( SGOT;serum glutamic oxalacetic transaminase )之效果。 23 隻雄性 SD 大白鼠、週齡 7-8 週、體重 295.73 ± 23.86 克為受試對象。 受試對象隨機區分成三組:控制組( n=7 )、運動組( n=8 )和藥物運動組( n=8 )。運動組和藥物運動組在跑步機上運動至衰竭 ,衰竭後的 30-60 分鐘採血。結果獲得下列結論: 一、運動組的衰竭時間顯著較藥物運動組低( p<0.05 )。 二、藥物運動組的 HB 較控制組和運動組各高約 8 %和 11 %。 三、運動組的 GLU 和 SGPT 顯著較控制組低( p<0.05 )。 四、運動組的 TG 和 CK 顯著較控制組高( p<0.05 )。 五、運動組和藥物運動組的 UREA 和 BUN 顯著較控制組高( p<0.05 )。 六、控制組、運動組和藥物運動組的 SGOT 無顯著差異。 研究結果指出, 藥物運動組衰竭時間的增加可能是 ACC 增加 HB、維持 GLU 及減少 CK 的 綜合作用。
     The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of supplementation of angelical sinensis diels, and glue of chinemys reevesii plate and cervus nippon temmince horn (ACC) fed a week and to test the enduring performance and concentrations of hemoglobin (HB), glucose (GLU), triglyceride (TG), creatine kinase (CK), urease (UREA), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase (SGPT), and serum glutamic oxalacetic transaminase (SGOT) in blood in rats. Twenty-three male rats (SD), aged 7-8 weeks, and weighted 295.73 ± 23.86g, were randomly assigned to three experimental groups; control group (n=7), exercise group (n=8), and medicinal exercise group (n=8) respectively. Exercise group and medicinal exercise group were asked to exercise until exhausting on a treadmill as rats were sacrificed of 30-60 minutes after exhausting. The results from this study showed as follows: 1.The exhausting time in control group was lower than medicinal exercise group (p<0.05). 2.The concentration of HB in medicinal exercise group was higher than the concentration in control group and exercise group about 8% and 11% respectively. 3.The concentrations of GLU and SGPT in exercise group were lower than the concentration in control group (p<0.05). 4.The concentrations of TG and CK in exercise group were higher than the concentration in control group (p<0.05). 5.The concentrations of UREA and BUN in exercise group and medicinal exercise group were higher than the concentration in control group (p<0.05). 6.The concentration of SGOT were not significant difference among control group, exercise group, and medicinal exercise group. The results as indicated that the ACC increased exhausting time of medicinal excercise group was compound effects with increased concentration of HB, maintainable concentration of GLU, and decreased concentration of CK.
