The modern perspective of work satisfaction theory places emphasis on the coherence of employee's accomplishment and organizational performance, in which employees can devote themselves not only to the basic needs but also to the higher need of achievement, while the organization is fulfilled with their goals. This study is thus investigating the work satisfaction, both from the viewpoints of the employees as well as the employers, of the governmental handicapped employees who newly passed the national exam projected for the disables. The result indicates that for protecting the right of being employed for the disables, government has to relieve the unreasonable limitations which restrict handicapped people from national exams, to refine the job apportionment which discriminated against the disables, and to assist the handicapped more when they are in need.
