題名:影響企業 WWW 擴散程度之因素探討:以連鎖業為例

     近年來,連鎖體系蓬勃成長,業者間的競爭越來越激烈,所以業者採用資訊科技 以提升競爭能力或使之能與其他業者分庭抗衡,是現階段積極尋求改善的重點。再加上政府 極力推行「商業自動化」的計畫,想藉此協助連鎖體系或流通業引進技術與設備,提升服務 品質,而帶動整體經濟發展及消費水平。而近年來蓬勃發展的網路科技,無疑是連鎖業一項 新的契機, 然而對於如何評估導入網際網路中最受人矚目的 WWW 的影響因素,目前並無一 套完整的參考架構可循。 因此, 本研究經由分析 WWW 的擴散程度, 藉此提供給想要採用 WWW 的業者一個依循的準則。 本研究使用問卷調查法蒐集國內連鎖業者應用資訊科技的狀況及影響因素的資料,透過因素 分析法共整理出「組織的正式化程度」、「企業引進新科技的態度」、「集權程度」、「決 策者處理資訊的特色」、「資訊科技使用者的教育程度」、「環境的複雜度」、「產業的競 爭程度」、「資訊科技的考量」、「資訊科技的正式化」、「資訊科技的成熟度」、「資訊 科技及人員的比例」、「資訊科技的有用性」及「資訊科技的易用性」等四個構面共十三個 因素,並利用區別分析法( discriminant analysis )來加以分析。 根據研究的結果顯示, 組織、環境、科技及使用者四大構面均能對 WWW 的擴散程度產生影 響;其中包含了組織構面的「企業引進新科技的態度」、「決策者處理資訊的角色」;環境 構面的「環境的複雜程度」、「產業的競爭程度」;科技構面的「資訊科技的考量」、「資 訊科技的正式化」; 使用者構面的「資訊科技有用性」等七個因素,具有區分 WWW 的擴散 程度的能力,因而建立了影響 WWW 擴散程度的研究模式。
     For the past few years, the yield value of service sector has surpassed that of the manufacturing sector in Taiwan. Accomplishing with the "Commercial Automation Plan", chain stores certainly play the crucial role to improve industrial structure and upgrade the whole of industry to a competitive level. Given the speed and functionality of information and networking technology to support innumerable commercial opportunities in the chain stores, it is imperative that top managers must rethink the business value of IT and its potential impact on suppliers, distributors, or customers. This sutdy pursued better measures and models for use in predicting and explaining WWW innovation and diffusion. The purposes of this study was twofold. First, it examined the technology characteristics, social environments, organizational characteristics, and user selfefficacy perspectives in combination in an attempt to understand their effect on WWW innovation and diffusion. Second, it attempted to synthesize work in this area by developing a model that proposes multiple influences on the initiation, evaluation, and adoption of WWW. The results indicated that some factors in the technology characteristics, social environments, organizational characteristics, and user selfefficacy dimensions, including organization's support for new IT, feature of decision maker, education degree of IT user, environment complexity, industrial competition, IT consideration, IT normalization, and Usefulness, were significantly discriminated the initiation, evaluation, and adoption of WWW, respectively.
