　　　　　運動表現的好壞，一直沒有客觀的標準，尤其是團隊項目，作苦工的球員雖不起眼，卻非常重要；鋒芒畢露的球員對整個團體的影響也是好壞參半，所以要評價運動表現非常困難。本研究試著用一般客觀標準及隊員間互評的方式，找出預測運動表現的迴歸方程式，本研究結果甚符合運動專家與一般人的預期，方程式中的預測變項所代表的重要性依次為：技巧、反應快慢、比賽經驗、體能狀況、臨場表現、團隊合作及鬥志。本研究之受試皆為專科學校運動員，也許在其人格建構中有其穩定不變特質，而未能反應運動態度攻擊性在特定狀況下對運動表現的影響，若以本研究之理論架構運用於專業化的運動員(如甲組球隊、國家代表隊、或職業選手)，也許會有令人滿意的結果。
