     本文以文獻回顧方式探討腎上腺皮質激素 (Adrenocorticotrop-hic Hormone; ACTH)與運動的關係。ACTH在醫學上適用於治療其分 泌不足症、過敏或是發炎。無氧性及耗竭性運動會使ACTH明顯的增加。有些研究表示ACTH 會使運動表現增加,而有的卻沒有任何效果,因此ACTH對於運動的幫助仍是受到爭議的。
      The purpose of this article was to investigate the relationship between the ACTH and exercise performance. The present medical appliance for the ACTH was to the lack of secretion by itself, allergy or inflammation. An exhausted or anaerobic exercise can lead to significant increase in ACTH. Some researchers reported that ACTH enhanced one's performance. However some researchers found ATCH did not improve one's performance. Therefore, the results for ACTH application in sports are controversy.
