     由各跨國性企業海外市場活動的實際觀察中可發現,跨國性企業在選擇最適海外 市場進入模式一段時間後,往往隨著經營知能之累積、或當地政府之法令限制、企業本身策 略規劃等等因素,而發生國際行銷通路結構調整之現象。 學者們對國際行銷通路變動原因,皆曾就不同的角度與層級加以探討,且相關文獻眾多。本 研究擬對相關文獻加以系統化整理,其主要目的是企圖由不同的角度中,整合出以廠商層級 為觀點,提出更具周延性的通路垂直變動關係之研究架構。 同時,本研究並以臺灣地區國際貿易類外資企業為例,探討外資企業進入臺灣市場一段時間 後,與臺灣合作伙伴間,國際行銷通路垂直關係的變係狀況,並提出本研究實務上的意義與 建議,以為後續研究之參考。
