書刊資料送繳制度概指完整收集一個國家或地區的出版品，以完整保存文化遺產，與迅速通報圖書文獻出版狀況。因此送飯制度對於一國圖書文獻的典藏與文化歷史的保存有著重要的貢獻。我國面臨出版法即將廢止，國家圖書館執行全國出版品的蒐集工作將失去法律依據。本文特此響應書刊資料送繳制度的研討活動，以加拿大、澳洲、挪威三國書刊資料送繳制度作為探討的對象，首先研究書刊資料送繳制度的意涵，其次，分別析述三國書刊資料送繳制度的歷史沿革、法源基礎、意義與內涵、實施現況、以及對國家圖書館的貢獻，最後綜合比較三國，並提出對我國的建議。

By comparing Canadian, Australian, Norwegian legal deposit, the article analyzes the qualities of deposit systems among the three countries. Finally, the article brings to conclusions and makes suggestions to our country.
