　　　　　隨著工商業的競爭越形激烈，業界漸漸體會到，物流才是企業體保持競爭優勢並 且永續生存的主要因素之一，而企業的物流成本中，又往往以運輸成本佔最大比例。因此， 不論是近年來新興之批發量販物流中心或企業體因自身需要而成立的物流中心，其所最關心 之課題之一將是，如何發展一套切合企業本身所需的貨物配送法則，降低配送成本以增加企 業利潤，並提高企業競爭力。 配送車輪途種問題（ Vehicle Routing Problems, VRP ）的 研究已有多年的歷史， 加入時窗限制（ Vehicle Routing Problems with Time Windows, VRPTW ）條件後使得此類問題更具實用價值。本研究擬針對物流中心之配送車輛途程問題， 配合模糊多目標規劃及混合型時窗限制進行求解，配送計劃的規劃人員對本系統輸入期望模 糊服務水準指標值，在此處的服務水準乃指顧客對模糊時窗的滿意度要求與配送模糊旅行時 間的總和規劃，並在此限制條件下，建立混合型時窗之成本函數，最後利用本研究自行提出 之修正節省法求得配送成本最小的近似解。本研究正在 PC 工作平臺上進行驗證，然可預期 的是此解法將可仗物流中心規劃配送計畫時，有一個更符合實際需要的參考輔助。
