本研究的主要目的在瞭解國內特殊教育評量、鑑定工具的使用情形及其所遭遇的 問題，透過問卷及座談會蒐集資料。在問卷方面以專家學者、各縣（市）特殊教育資源中心 及心理評量小組、 測驗出版社或測驗發展中心、中小學特殊教育教師為調查對象。 並邀請 27 位特殊教育診斷及心理測驗的專家學者與特殊教育教師代表參加綜合座談會。 本研究對問卷調查結果進行量的分析，並將綜合座談會的意見加以彙整。最後從特殊教育評 量、鑑定工具的研發，專業人員的培訓，及評量工具的管理與使用等三方面提出建議，供國 科會或其他相關單位作為今後研究發展評量工具及培訓評量、鑑定專業人員之參考。

　　　　　This research was aimed to find out the current use of assessment devices by special education teachers and professionals and the perceived problems related to assessment. Special education resources centers, special education evaluation teams in every county, test publishers, test development centers and special education teachers were surveyed, and 27 teachers and professionals were invited to a forum to discuss the issues. Data collected was analyzed quantitatively. Suggestions about assessment in special education, development of tests, training of professionals, test circulation and usage control were given.
