     本研究旨在探討有氧運動後對LDL、HDL、LDL/HDL、HDL�砟咠DL�高獐v響。20隻 健康的雄性大白鼠(Wista),體重約297克為受試對象。受試對象隨機區分兩組:控制組及 運動組,運動組在跑步機上以約65-70%VO�痂ax(18m/min,坡度10 )的強度,跑步1小時。 運動後24小時取血清分析LDL、HDL、LDL/HDL、HDL�砟咠DL�陛C   結果獲得下列結論: 一、運動組的HDL顯著較控制組高(p<.05)。 二、運動組的HDL�級蒫蛝�控制組高(p<.05)。 三、運動組的LDL/HDL顯著較控制組低(p<.01)。 四、控制組和運動組的LDL、HDL�做L顯著差異。   本研究結果指出,有氧運動後能增加HDL、HDL�砟峟飢CLDL/HDL以達到預防心血管疾病 。
     The purpose of this study was to examine the influences of post-aerobic exercise on LDL, HDL, LDL/HDL, HDL�� and HDL��. Twenty healthy male rats(Wista) with an average weight of 297g were the subjects. Subjects were randomly assigned to two groups: control group, and exercise group respectively. Exercise group was exercised for 60 minutes at 65-70%VO�痂ax(18m/min, 10 ) on a treadmill. The blood samples were measured of LDL HDL, LDL/HDL, HDL��, and HDL�� after 24 hours post-exercise. The following findings resulted from the study: 1.The HDL of exercise group was significantly higher than the HDL of control group (P<0.05). 2.The HDL�� of exercise group was significantly higher than the HDL of control group (P<0.05). 3.The LDL/HDL ratio of exercise group was significantly lower than the LDL/HDL ratio of control group (P<0.01). 4.The LDL, and HDL�� were not significant difference between control group and exercise group. The results also indicated that the post-aerobic exercise can increase concentrations of HDL, and HDL�� as decrease LDL/HDL ratio, so it will prevent from a coronary heart disease.
