　　　　　由於網際網路之盛行，電子商務交易日益蓬勃發展，其所衍生之課稅問題，在目前的課稅觀念之下，並無法妥切涵蓋這類交易。近幾年來，各國政府與學術界紛紛對此一問題，研究如何因應解決。本文謹就以我國的稅制，列舉出在電子商務交易之下，所可能面臨之問題。這些問題也許在短期之內無法解決，本文目的在於借此拋磚引玉，期望各界能明瞭重視此一問題，以為未來之稅制能跟隨科技之進展，使國家稅收與電子商務之發展能同時兼顧。
