　　　　　本文探討英國、北歐、美國、日本之公共圖書館行政組織體系，檢視其公共圖書館設置之法規依據、行政組織之隸屬關係、圖書館之組織結構、館員任用與經費來源等方面，以期歸納出各國之特色，作為探討我國臺灣地區公共圖書館行政組織體系之參考。
