     運動場上的激烈競爭,使得各項能夠促進成績表現的禁藥及增補劑被廣泛使用。 肌酸即是一種近來常被運動員使用的增補劑。 本文即針對肌酸在代謝過程中所扮演的角色,增補的方法以及其對不同型態 運動表現的影響做探討,期望能提供教練及運動員在不同運動項目中加以應用, 並進一步使運動員在訓練及比賽期間能有更傑出的表現。
