     本體感覺的功能在於接收外在刺激及關節肌肉動作所產生的結構變形,將此訊息 傳送至中樞,來調整肢體位置及肌肉活動,以便保護並維持關節穩定,避免過度 的動作造成運動傷害。大部分學者探討肌肉疲勞均從能量代謝方面來研究,較少 從神經肌肉控制方面進行探討,因此本文主要探討肌肉疲勞時對本體感覺之影響。 肌肉疲勞後,肌肉受器所接收的訊息精確程度對肢體位置、動作方向及拮抗肌的 協調性在本體感覺中可能扮演重要的角色。由過去研究顯示肌肉疲勞可能對本體 感覺產生負面的影響,且不同的肌肉疲勞程度對本體感覺功能也可能有不同程度 的影響。未來研究之重點可針對不同的疲勞程度以及肌肉疲勞後恢復時間長短對 本體感覺功能之影響來進行探討。
