許多臨床疾病的診斷已用唾液取代血液，而血液中跟運動有關的某些生化值像乳 酸、腎上腺皮質分泌素 (Cortisol) 等，在唾液中也可測得，只是濃度較低，如果唾夜中之 乳酸、血尿素氮、肌酸酐等與血液中濃度成一定相關之比例變化，便能夠以簡單易得的唾液 來取代抽血，偵測運動員的運動生化值。

Saliva is used as a biological fluid to replace the blood in some clinical diagnosis. Lactic acid and cortisol can be determined in saliva with low sensitivity, this paper is to describe some clinical diagnosis in saliva. The relationship between the values of lactic acid, BUN, creatinine in saliva and blood (or urine) is also suggested to investigate.
