近年來由於都市之發展，使得許多歷史建築逐漸被新式大樓所取代。為了避免這 種現象蔓延，宜蘭縣政府利用"遷建"方式主導二座歷史建築之保存，期能藉由此法保存珍 貴之地方資產及傳承獨有之地方文化。 然而在遷建過程中會遭遇到那些難處，本文以宜蘭二案為例提出說明，作為日後之參 考。其難處分別為：（一）、業主之配合意願；（二）、經費不足；（三）、原貌判定； （四）、傳統匠師與現代專業事務所之衝突；（五）、缺乏構件存放空間；（六）、重組 地點與重現方式之確定；（七）、對歷史建築之傷害。

　　　　　A lot of historic buildings in Taiwan were replaced by new-style buildings recently because of the development of cities. For avoiding the extension of the situation, the government of I-Lan county took the main way by "remove" to preserve two historic buildings. By the same way, we hope to preserve locally valuable property and culture. There were many difficulties for removing two historic buildings in I-LAN such as: A.The willingness of the buildiing owner. B.The lack of founds. C.The judgment for the original form of the historic building. D.The conflict of traditional craftsmen and present architects. E.The lack of spaces for storing members of structures. F.The confirmation of places and processes of reconstruction. G.The damage of historic buildings.
