     本研究採調查性研究設計,以便利取樣方式選取臺灣北部地區之醫學中心、區域 醫院、地區的婦產科部門(35所)之孕產婦(461人)為研究對象,目的在探討 孕產婦產前衛生教育之需求。研究結果顯示,有43.4﹪的孕產婦曾接受過產前衛 生教育,其中有半數之產前衛生教育項目並未接受到(平均得分為40.544),與 其需要性有相蓄的差距(p<0.05);然孕產婦的懷孕次數、生產方式與教育程度會 影響其所接受及所認為有其需要性的產前衛生教育項目。藉本研究之結果建議應 建立多元化的產前衛生教育內容與運用多樣的教學策略,以供臨床實務與衛生政 策擬定之參考,更期望能提升孕期婦女健康維護之專業水準。
     This exploratory research is designed to understand the prenatal educational model in northern Taiwan. The medical institute and subjects were recruited by level-randomization sampling. The purpose of study is to explore the prenatal education received by the pregnant women and to compare the difference of actual education received and the necessary items required of the pregnant women. In the conclusion of the study, it showed that 43.4% pregnant women received the prenatal educational program, but they failed to receive half of the 70 items. And there was significant difference between the education actually received and the necessary items of prenatal required of the pregnant women (p<0.001). Based on data analysis, researchers can establish a Taiwanese prenatal educational model providing guidelines to clinical practice and health policy design, and promoting quality of women health maintenance in pregnancy. @@@
