ISO 9000品質認證，已成為國際品管的標竿。我國為適應潮流與提昇競爭力，無 論是工商界乃至教育界都紛紛以取得ISO 9000認證，來豎立自己的品牌。 本文將申論國立空中大學隊取得ISO 9000的課題。分別敘述：ISO 9000的 功用；空大對ISO 9000的可行性，並分理念、步驟加以說明。 最後結語，引導ISO 9000的認證有其好處：1.塑造形象、2.提昇競爭力、3. 人性化管理、4.建立標準化文書體系。

In order to adapt the international trend, and raise the competitive power in a country, not only the industry sector but also the educational unit alltry to set their mark through the identity of the ISO Identification. The issues in this paper include to the topics such as the Function of ISO 9000, the Concepts, the Steps, and the Feasibility of ISO 9000 in NOU, the advantages of the ISO Identification are mold the appearance, raise competitive power, the humanistic management, and huild up the standardization of documents system.
